I have yet small goals fir myself on this journey and reached the first one this morning, that was ti weigh in below 190. This morning was 189.4. it has renewed my resolve to push on. it yo-yoed and wash beginning ti loose faith in the system and had to fight my self to continue. this morning made it all worth it! Next goal below 175 and walk a mile every day.
