@Maguscanook...me too! The stress from work made it very tough for me to 'wind down' at night. It's much easier now...I just need to discipline myself to actually go to the bed! 🛏

Thanks for posting this. I work the night shift and I always heard from people and doctors that you will always have an extra 10-15 pounds on because your body is used to the natural sleep cycle. I also switch back and sleep regular on my off days sometimes skimp if it’s a nice day out and I want to do stuff outside. I will have to get better at getting more sleep.

@onthego2...sleep must be extra tough for you to get! At least the Dr agrees with the sleep/wt relationship. I wish you all the best💙

Sooooo....does this 7 hours have to be altogether? I almost never sleep 7 without waking up - either for the potty, or the dog has to potty, or last night - leg cramps - BAD! I was up 3 times with them and once had to stay up for 40minutes or so until it passed..... ???

@3dkids2...good question! But I don't think it has to be all together. Other study graphics I found went by 'time in bed' rather than 'hours of sleep'.

@Luthien...do you take naps with them? I sure did when mine were that young😊

Sometimes I do, if I don’t have other things that need to be done. My husband and I both work full time and sometimes naps are our only time with each other or to get some chores done!
