Lifestyle out of whack completely this week. Jeans getting tight (again), too little sleep, too much snacking, not eating the right stuff. Need coffee...later.

Lunch....have you ever felt like you weren't doing that badly...then suddenly the banana pudding was gone, and then you felt like you had eaten a whole lot more than you did. Ugh. Should have planned much better and switched it over to counting points MUCH sooner...say BEFORE I LEFT FOR LUNCH!
