i have several of these.i do to help keep me motivated first pic i was 28 years old before i started my journey. 2nd pic 138lbs lost i am now 40. im def gunna need skin firming ive lost so much.. but ill take loose skin over dying like the Dr said i would

Oh! Ur journey is headed towards success since it happened over time...I always like to say "Embrace a turtle's pace bc slow & steady wins the race" bc I don't believe "quick fixes" r healthy or work in the long run😁

Oh man. Thank you everyone! Again i wish it where easier to respond to everyone individually. I cant keep up lol im so filled with joy and love from yall comments! ❤❤ im very proud of myself. Its been up and down the pasr decade But ive never made it this far. And wont give up! It feels different this time. Im much happy and healthier. No threat of death any more. My blood pressure cholesterol and blood sugar are all in normal ranges again. Thanks yall for the compliments ❤ i appreciate every one of yall
