My husband and I are going to give “semi keto” another try. We have both had success with low carb eating and portion control. I think post holiday we had let some starches and sugar creep back in and next thing you know I was nearing 180 again. Low carb seems to be better for me than pure keto as I feel I can eat more veggies. Breakfast was a sauté of onion, zucchini and spinach, seasoned with Umami and coriander. I love some cream cheese in my eggs, it’s fabulous in a mushroom omelet! Feeling great! We are off to the farmer’s market!
