My weight loss has stopped completely and I'm too early into my journey to hit a plateau. Only thing I can think that's causing it is my cycle! (It started Monday). I'm fighting the urge to find every single piece of processed sugary food and stuff it into my mouth. So far so good. Just chug-a-lugging along dealing with these horrible cramps and hoping by Wednesday of next week I'll unbloat and see actual progress!
