tunafish salad. 100 cal pack of albacore, 1 egg, 3 stalks celery, 2 green onion, 1/2 tbl mayo, mustard, dill relish, pepper. Lots of vegetable bulk because I'm transitioning into a 1000 cal a day intake and I'm starving still after I eat most days.

Brutal is the exact word I would use to describe ☠️ I have gone over just ever so slightly every day. Not by much. Under 50 calories. Today I was at 1001 calories so almost nailed it. I left a tiny fleck of tuna stuck to the bowl that the cat liked up so I'm calling it 1000 even 🤣🤣🤣

Oh yeah!! And this just reinforces how much we love our pets. We put their needs before ours! 😂 They need that fleck of tuna!

Why are you doing that- Eating 1000 calories? You could eat 2000 and lose weight. Do you find that it is so miserable that you'll just be starving and binge soon and it will all be for naught?

I would love for you to make sure your doctor is approving how many calories your eating. Im coming from a place of care and concern and want you to be ok. If your going to do the 1000 calories add a lot of vegetables. Pickles-dill are zero calories, broccoli and celery is low calories. This way you can feel like your not starving. Try to at least have a healthy fat with each meal and drink lots of water. So you could do a protein, carb and healthy fat. Best wishes but please take of yourself! I know that deficit it challenging.

I do 1100 calories .if you get hungry eat vegs and protein
