Tuesday - YogaX (via telephone)

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: YogaX - skipped Warrior 3 and other moves. Started again at Tree Pose, didn't do the ab workouts. Hubby called and we worked out "together" in different locations. I am selling a car...and had hoped the weather today would be more accommodating to cleaning a car. Less misty rain, equally cold weather, and little wind. Great day -- so I was up and out this morning before breakfast taking the car to the car wash, vacuumed it out (still has dog hair), bought cheap plastic floor mats (drivers side mat was toast), bought air freshner, and cleaned inside vinyl and used rainx window cleaner. Tried really hard to get it looking better, since we couldn't get it professionally cleaned. Only then did I have breakfast - left over pizza from night before. I did weigh this morning - 250lbs. Sure it has everything to do with eating pizza last night (had like 3 pieces). I guess I will acknowledge it. I don't want to, because I know it's not accurate. The scale is an old school one...not digital like ours at home. I'm going with the calibration is way off. :)
