Today has been a busy day mentally but not so much physically. I did do my exercises for the day but I wanted to push it a bit and really didn't get motivated enough to do it. I can say though that I did cut my calories back a bit today so I am hoping that my 4 days low and 3 days par will benefit things. If not I will switch it up a bit.
Hope everyone is staying motivated this holiday season. I know we all tend to splurge when this time of year rolls around but try to keep moving because the end result will balance itself out a bit more.
