On the phone for my Doctor appointment, he stated to eat the oatmeal, as fatsecret suggested, (since I hadn't done well with Statins about 6 years ago) for my cholesterol.

I have a blood pressure monitor, that his office gave me. And I'm going into the office to find out how to make it work. My blood pressure is on the verge of HBP.

Me too. BP creeped up with out me noticing. Hubby bought a home BP cuff. I'm hoping it's down enough to not go on meds. Good luck to you.

Do everything you possibly can to reduce your BP, sugarplum. Mine is still fluctuating. I believe that I will have to lose quite a bit more weight for my BP to stabilize without meds. Glad to see you working on this🙏🏻🤗
