Uh oh....I had to skip lunch today because I was very busy. I went to the Cheesecake Factory for a late dinner. I had the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad (dry). It was very good. I used soysauce and lemon on it. (They give you a ton of greens, tomato and avacado. So, I only ate 1/2 and brought the rest back for lunch tomorrow.)
Luckily I hate cheesecake. So, I wasn't feeling sorry for myself around dessert time! But, I did break down and eat a 1/4 of an Advantage Bar tonight. I will never eat another whole one at once. I have heard that they can stall you. So, I cut it up into 1/4 bars (about the size of a See's Candy) for emergency chocolate craving! I have stored them in the freezer out of site!
