well I know come Monday I wont be near 187.2, haven't been all week, holiday treats are a bastard. cant keep away, and todays Chinese for lunch didn't help, have to readjust to 1600 cal a day, haven't exercised in like 3 weeks, so the 1700 wasn't doing anything. so ill try cutting another 100 from what I normally eat, and try to get back to healthy basics. slippery slope it is. been fluctuating between 191 and 188 for about 3 weeks with one 193 in there, so theres that. gotta find motivation somewhere, ive done so well for this year and Id hate to finish it on a down note. winter doesn't help. depressing and grey. but I see people on here doing so well and that makes me really happy, I hope everyone keeps it up.
