Great workout today. Upped my game a bit from 2 x 10 reps to 2 x 15 reps. I feel good today. Adding the reps made the burn better and with the addition it also added some cardio to the workout. My heart and mirror will appreciate these workouts later down the road but for now…I will remain focused and appreciate any and all improvements along the way.
