Still beginning and adjusting.

I want my calories at about 1400 (1200-1600).

I've now decided to see if I can get my grams of protein higher than they have been.

I have physical limitations and don't get much exercise. I will work on doing what I can every day.

Veggies.

And continue with at least 80 oz of water per day.
