Happy Meal-Prep Monday👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Thought I would just share a few ideas I found regarding meal prep. I realize that everyone has a different WOE, but sometimes it's good to just see some 'ideas' and then make it your own.

The important thing is to aim for a VARIETY of foods to get the nutrients our bodies need, within the calorie budget we have set for ourselves. It can be a challenge!! Adjustments need to be made to factor in the macros you've chosen and of course, if you're fasting. Best of luck to everyone and have some FUN with it!!💙🌞🌷👍

I just started meal prepping for lunches. I like to do it on the weekend while cooking dinner at the same time. My husband grills the meat and whatever else will go on the grill. That way it makes it much easier and delicious! All I have to do is make enough sides for dinner and meal prep.

My favorite breakfast meal prep is making smoothie bags. It makes it a lot easier gather most of the dry ingredients into a ziplock, place it in the freezer, and then dump it into the blender with your favorite milk and yogurt.
