First & foremost, we have chosen for OURSELVES, as individuals, to make changes in our WOE & exercise goals so that we can look better, function better and live longer by being in better physical condition, right? It starts WITHIN each one of us ~ the desire to FEEL BETTER!

But WHO else benefits? Our family, our employer, our church, our community...they can ALL benefit from us being able to do more, move more, contribute more, engage with & participate more! Opportunities open up for us to really be a more vibrant, energetic & active member in the world around us...when we are able to DO more because we've shed the extra pounds and built up our stamina. It's really pretty exciting, when you 'think about it' 💙💪💙👍💙🙏💙
