My Yearly Physical exam, a couple of days age, reminded me that I have had serious weight gain as a side effect of a couple of my medications. They are psychiatric medications.

I also have other physical conditions. They reduce my exercise level.

I will not use those as an excuse. I will eat healthy and trudge on.
