After my Yearly Physical Exam. It appears I have two targets. I was give a blood pressure machine to use everyday. I am marginal on my blood pressure. AND my cholesterol has risen. (I have taken cholesterol medication about 9 years ago with unacceptable side effects.)

I talk to my Doctor Raglow MD on the phone next week to discuss all my results.

I go to El Rio Health in Tucson.

I will tell him I am eating pretty well as a beginning, in my opinion.

My eating goal is to eat regular salads more often. I enjoy romaine Chef Salad and Caesar Salad, the most.
