i should have went today lol but i had to food prep n enjoy the little time i had before busy 2 weeks. i plan on going 3 times a week at least.

The gym i joined has live workouts on the app if you cant make it in. Thry also have a spa with tanning beds offered to black card members so of course 😅 i joined.

Mighty i need to get back to that feeling. I use to go almost every day 2 times on tues n thur. I lost 115 in 10 months. But im 40 now lol that was almost 10 years ago. I would like to go 4 times a week if my schedule allows it.
