Too many carbs. Not enough protein. Too much (butter on veggies) fat. Yikes.

Decided to work on this (above) as primary. Weight loss as secondary. Grooming as third. Housework as fourth. Living to straighten this out as I can. I'm not doing well pushing myself. It seems I am not an overnight wonder!

Need to feel good about myself.

Need to slowly see improvement.

I thought the spaghetti did me in for today. My scale says no. I'm going to give the leftovers to my Cousin Bill, if he wants them.
