I always have a Pepsi, and with a coffee with cream in the morning, (at the same time I take my medications when I arise). Pepsi sure does have a lot of carbs and sugar in it. Looks like I seriously will need to make it 1/3 serving of Pepsi as a step. I guess that is why they have screw-on caps.
