Went shopping at 5:30am as it is usually quiet then - not sure if I'm getting the exercise thing right as it keeps showing that I am burning cals when I aint doing ought - walking the dogs is my most energetic action of the day - seems strang that I'm burning so many just sitting here surfing the net - must say it's the kind of exercise I can put up with :-)
Getting used to counting cals but thank heavens for online conversion sites for the cups, mls and gm's - it's great I'm learning as I shrink.
I have now worked out what to do to add a food item so that's the food entries made easy
I took the plunge and joined a dog walking group to see how it goes - I must say I looked at quiet a few but they all seemed so serious, I know trying to loose weight is not a joke but surely laughing is a good exercise it uses lots of muscles especially in the face
Perhaps I will start the Laugh as you Loose group!!!
