Good day..was planning on bed by 8:00, time escaped almost 9:00 dang. Trying to increase sleep time 4am come soon. Good tip to the natural food store, added up to more than I thought, it's ok, as purchases will spread over several weeks.

W.F.N. I hope you had a restful sleep. Da' boys have once again woke me up at 2:30 a.m., hence little sleep. I will try to write work on my plot for a possible new story this morning and then make breakfast pizza. Enjoy your Thursday. J.J.
