By pure coincidence I happen to look at your post. And I do use the ab wheel.
To be sure don't expect to see 'abs' using the 'ab wheel'. That only happens with low fat percentages. :-)

It allows you to reverse the motion and use your legs as well as your arms. There is a lot of core stuff you can do. Turkish Get-ups, suit case carries, standing ones with a weight like a sandbag or one of your grand children. That may be a little tricky, don't want both of you to fall so use a 25lb bag of rice or sand.
