lbs 195
waist at belly button 40 inches
hips at mid butt 46.5 inches
thighs at biggest point 27.25 inches
arms at biggest pt 14 inches

Jakob and I are both starting Healthy habits plan and have decided to not eat out fast food for a year and give up beef. we have done before and both lost a lot doing so.
