Today I am upping my cardio to 1 hour of walking. No reason why I don't or can't! Added extra skipping for 3 alternating minutes to increase heart rate. Need to get going before 9 a.m. otherwise so hot. Today I will: *paint etege', *finish laundry and *make a meal plan for the week.
