Here's the recipe for my favourite so far...
Peanut butter & banana baked overnight oats 😋
METHOD
Overnight oats
Soak 1 cup oats in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and combine. Leave overnight.
Baked oats
Add 5g baking powder, 1 mashed banana and 1 tbsp peanut butter to the overnight oats and combine. Transfer to your oven proof bowl and top with 1/2 tsp cinnamon & 100ml milk of choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
