I have been on forever. I was unmotivated and didn’t want any activity on my tracking. I’ve been on my diet well clean eating for 2 weeks and I’ve lost 5 pounds. Changed my ways waking up early, faster cardio and in a calorie deficit. I’ve been sick in my 200’s for the longest time and seeing it decrease gives me hope. Patience and consistency is what I tell myself. (Me being the person that needs to see results the same second haha) I’m gonna be more active and track my weight. I’m sure I’ll find motivation in all other postings too.
