Feel like I have been so diligent in my weight loss efforts but I’m up a pound today!? Thinking it over, my small gain might be attributed to an increase of approximately 150 cal per day. I think I’m right in doing so though because I was just too hungry most evenings to do otherwise. I am walking 2.1 km six days a week. Plus, I have started an exercise class once a week. Here’s to a positive week for all😊
