Happy Tuesday to all - and a big thanks to all veterans on this Veteran's Day.
Off today, but up early as my son's school band is honoring Veterans at 7:25am(!!!?) with a mini concert. Of course, all days where I am getting up early on my own - today I am dead asleep when MBH's alarm goes off. Maybe a nap later. :)
I am beginning to sound like a broken record ... loose and free with food, free-grazing, so to speak, and i appear to be digging a hole. Up two pounds since Friday. Going to have to fight to get back to even by Friday.
I may now think Halloween is the most evil holiday of the year! Ha! But I keep sneaking into our stash and grabbing one, two ... then five, six ... then ... grrrr.
To the gym from school concert. Weights today - see how the knee is - then a lot of LISS on elliptical. Low calorie day. NO CANDY! I mean, cold weather is on it's way, and I will be fighting my body's desire to pack on weight for the winter as it is -- let alone the sugar craving cycle I have dug myself into, so it is really important to get this under control.
