I did 37 minutes in the gym yesterday, a bit more than the norm. I was hoping for over 40, but had to stop. Today, I'm down more than I expected, which is a pleasant surprise.
Yesterday, I had my regular check-up with my physician. She was very pleased with my progress at losing weight. I'll see her again for my annual physical in a few months (that, we've lost track of, not surprisingly)and, by then, I should be even lighter, all being well.
