Day 2 of yoga in the morning. I'm keeping up my end of the bargain, the universe is slowly trusting me and letting my back get better. Yesterday every time I got out of the van I looked like I was going through the evolutionary process in a matter of feet instead of eons. My back would catch and I would hunch over until, walking toward my destination it finally loosed up step by step.
I've decided this is the universe trying to tell me I'm out of shape and flabby. All the weight I've lost has been by changing diet alone. I've been on a plateau for a minute now, and losing the same weight over and over. I guess it's time to add exercise. oh boy. Starting with the yoga until my back gets better.
Bought my girlfriend an engagement ring. Ok, I gave my girlfriend a ring out of a gumball machine, but she loved it! lol
