Joh this journey is tough, you eat clean for two weeks and find out you have only lost 1.1
kg’s. I am seriously struggling to stay motivated😓

convert it to pounds and then it will feel like you lost more😊 a kilo is still something to be proud of but these things take time.

some I lose no weight my bust, waist and hips all lost 1cm each. It's not only about the weight.

I've been eating in a deficit for over 4 months and my weight is still the same 😂 1.1kg lost in 2 weeks is a lot!

I know exactly what you mean. Last month I lost 7,4 kgs in one month. Now I can barely lose a kg. Regardless of my efforts working out🥴

Exactly how I feel all the time. I went to gym 4 times last week and ate clean and under the amount of calories I should consume only to find I lost 0.50 and a few cm. It’s so disheartening that I told myself ‘it’s okay, if you only lose 0.5 a week, you’ll reach your goal wait by mid October 2023!’

I really want to find a way to say this as supportively as possible - but honestly two weeks is no time at all, and 1.1kg over two weeks is great success - to be demotivated over two weeks means you aren't implementing the necessary lifestyle changes in order to make this stick. Even worse, most people find the faster you lose the faster you gain again. I am by no means a trainer or a dietician, but I am in year 3 and I am 30kg down - some of the best quotes I have read: "toughen up buttercup."... "Motivation isn't a factor. You just do it. Like brushing your teeth. You make a decision and stick to it"... "You cant hate yourself healthy, you can't punish yourself thin".

🤗 don’t give up, instead do more research on how you can lose more, what you can improve on etc.

1,1 is more than none!, you got this don't give up. Fall in love with the journey not the result becuase thru this journey you're gonna learn so much about yourself , and your gonna learn how to love yourself and every little peace of progress.Wether you dropped 1kg or you can do 1more push-up,it is all worth it. You're not gonna have a successful journey if the only thing on your mind is "I want to lose weight quicker","I want to look like her","I want that body" becuase to me the biggest success that came from my weight loss journey, isn't my body , it is the fact that I truly fell in love with everything about myself, every imperfection, and that can be you. Keep your head up, look at yourself in the mirror and say,"hey my beautiful self, I love you, you're doing great and you got this!". You're doing great,keep going 💪❤️

500g per week, will add up to 26kg over a year. Bigger picture make every gram worth it.

Don't give up. Rather lose weight slowly than too fast. Just think of the end goal and how super amazing you're going to look <3

I've noticed the week before my period I loose nothing, and the following week I loose over a KG, could be your hormones? hold on..u will get there..

Rather lose a lil and keep it off than lose a lot and gain it back in less than a week. Slow progress actually wins the race maam. Trust us♥️

Losing 0.5 kg a week is the perfect rate for weight loss. You'll keep the weight off with this slow progression. It's people lose weight quickly that they tend to pick it back up.....and some extra
