I made a homemade butter chicken dish ( substituted chickpeas instead of chicken. It is really hard with this meal to calculate cals. I did my best. I went over my calories allotment again today. Progress not perfection. I am noting eating sugar and making better choices. I just need to look at the journey and move forward.
