Every couple of weeks, my hubby and I go out for pizza at our local healthy hangout. Outdoor eating, we have a chicken & mushroom pizza with fresh jalapenos. This place puts arugula on all the pizzas! The salad is a mix of quinoa varieties, chopped pecans, kale, lemon juice, and maybe a dash of olive oil. I've purchased the ingredients. Now I want to make my own. I will reduce the pecans and increase the kale. Healthy eating is so much fun!!!
