I'm following the kidney diet well, so I'm not sure why I'm gaining weight. I'm not eating junk food or anything. But I'm not tracking what I eat. It takes so long. Everything I'm making now is a new recipe that I have to type in by hand. Even no-salt mayonnaise and low sodium bread because I can't get it in stores around here, so I make it by hand. And making all that food takes time as well, so I thought I could get away with not keeping track. I guess extra calories are slipping in there somewhere, though.
I'm exercising better - walking at least a mile a day.
