Yesterday I didn't walk, didn't do the 30-Day shred and went over my RDI. It was a rough day. I was so sleepy b/c our daughter has allergies and the doctors have prescribed all kinds of medicines and creams but they can't get her itching under control. Her neck itches, her back itches, her legs itch, her arms itch, and so on. It's so pitiful to see. I was up rocking her to sleep and singing to her and praying for her. I put some Benadry cream on her and everything else you can imagine. She finally fell asleep (after being up 2A-5A) but I stayed up to make sure she was ok. I'm about ready to take her to Children's Hospital in Columbus.
Her 5th birthday party is this Saturday and I don't want her being miserable. Hopefully today is better.
I have some tennis shoes in my car so I really need to make myself walk during my lunch today. I've worked too hard to give up now.
