I think I’ll have that for breakfast, it looks good! Have you tried a power bowl? I first saw them at First Watch. You can do breakfast or make one for dinner….healthy and filling! Great way to start the day!

The grain is Trader Joe's Organic Rolled Oats. The yellow color comes from the Tumeric I added. Next time I'll throw in a tablespoon of Flax Meal. I'm trying to focus on additional fiber in my menu plans.

Michele.Blück: There are lots of overnight oats recipes on line. My current favorite is Chocolate Overnight Oats using chocolate almond milk, pumped up with cocoa powder and Torani sugar-free syrup. I add half a banana in the morning. It's pure delight!
