How you can weigh 250 and then a few hours more (after sleeping) can gain .4 lbs and then after simply being awake for 30 minutes can weigh 250.8 baffles me. I know. I shouldn't weigh so frequently. What can I say? I'm an all,or nothing kind of gal! LOL. So I took the middle weight!
LONG work day yesterday. Did interviews, saw a couple families. Every single one of my families has been in crisis since I returned. I am so glad it's Friday although today, two more families still in the northern most part of our region. (-;
ATF are good. I'm dosing up on Greens and watching my intake. Of course I'm impatient. Duh. It took me six full months of insanity to gain it certainly isn't coming off in a week! So challenging for me to be balanced.
DH has another EKG and doctor appointment on Tuesday. So now I need to reschedule some clients so I can join him. His request and I think it's a good idea. He continuities to have intermittent chest pain. This Pericarditis isn't clearing up like his first bout did.
I removed Blues drain myself yesterday. The area is still wrapped and he is still wearing one of DH's socks. He really wants to lick lick lick! I'll check it out tomorrow when it is daylight. Very dark and dreary here and still dark when I leave the house.
I'm thinking of trying my hand at knitting again. It's been many years since I've done that. That's my weekend goal! I figure knitting hands can't eat! LOL!
