Sometimes I wish I'd taken photos of myself when I started this. Ive lost 35lbs, but I dont FEEL Ive accomplished a single thing. I feel like Im failing. I feel like Im wasting my time because I still feel huge. The mental aspect of weight loss sucks

My best advice would be we all spend so much time complaining about things we haven't accomplished. Instead of celebrating the things we have conquered. Also a muscle that is undervalued is our brain. What you tell yourself you are is what you'll be. If you acknowledge and remind yourself constantly how far you've come. Then you won't have as much time to ponder where you haven't made it yet. Key word is yet... keep pushing along. Think about those who took their last breath today. You are still here with an opportunity to live your best life. It's up to you moving forward to appreciate yourself more. This is hard to do... look at how obese our country has become. It's not for everyone! But you can do this! You just have to find the belief in yourself.
