Well something must be paying off. My coworkers are able to tell I have lost weight...even when I'm wearing scrubs.
After my run I decided to weigh myself, I was excited to see my weight puts me on the high end of normal BMI!!! Only 20 more pounds to go to in 11 weeks to reach my goal.
