Eats from last week. Everyone's entries help so much. I love seeing people hit goals! I wish I could say the late night cravings have stopped... I'm still having issues with eating when stressed or right before bed. Tea, gum & water seem to help. Tips? 💛

I LOVE this mosaic of your food choices!! As for tips, I have set a STOP time for eating in the evening...no wishy-washy-ing about it...when it's 6:30...I'm DONE for the day. (I'm kinda tough on myself, but it seems to be working!) Good luck and congrats on your successes so far!!💙

Thank you!!! Great advice Crystal. I need to change my eating times. I have not had breakfast or lunch yet. I'm eating much later in the day. I need to space it out and have a cut off time. Thank you. 💚

I plan calories for something after dinner. Plan it out ahead of time so you don’t eat something you regret. Plain Greek yogurt with low sugar jam and powdered pb or strawberries and 1/2 a serving of granola are my thing now.

I try to plan my calorie days also. I put in what I'd "like" to have, then start knocking out what I have to in order to make it fit my limit. 🍽️ 🤔⚖️📉

My advice: plan a meal before bed. I often exercise at night and have a late post-workout meal.

On the stress eating: I'm a nervous chewer, but I've learned it doesn't really matter if I'm chewing celery or chips -- it's just the act of chewing something crunchy. For work (where I get anxious) I often pack a good-sized container of cut up veggies to munch on. Added bonus: the fiber fills me up

I have a small protein shake about 2 hours before bed. Helps with cravings.
