Been out of town this week working at the Special Olympic Illinois Winter Games in Galena. Very beautiful up there, but the internet sucks at the ski resort which made it pretty hard to do my job. Im also expecting TOM any time so I was snacking and stress eating. Then drove home to at least a foot of snow, got stuck on my street, and had to dig out the work van before I could even get inside. I warmed up with a nice bowl of potato soup and some toast and pretty much crashed early.

I think they plowed our street last night so I have to see how much I need to dig out my driveway. I think that itll be fine today though, and Im going to make sure Im tracking again. This gain wont stick around long, and I reminded myself how easy it is for me to "let go" when Im in a different situation. Consistency works.
