changed my goal from 175 to 165. Im pretty short lol...And started incorporating a light work out since i only do truck once a week now. I injured my back a few weeks ago so i have to hide my little work out from my family 😂 they think it's too soon.. 😅 im excited to weigh in tomorrow. i also had my son hide the scale from me so i only weigh once a week on Mondays. So tomorrow we will see where im at 😁😬 hope everyone had a great weekend!!
