I really can’t stress enough the need to change your habits. Reduce added sugars. Increase healthy fats by replacing those with no benefit. Just do it.

as a Mediterranean "child" olive oil is part of my daily basis. I use in everything when cooking and the smell of olive oil onion and garlic is like no other. Health benefits are a plus 😁
