I didn't journal yesterday or the day before. But I'm still sticking to my plan. Had a little bump Wed pm and had a couple of chicken tenders, but not bad. Still going to gym and getting better and better on my bike rides. Almost ready to start elliptical I think, but we will see if I even can do that. Not going to rush myself.
