I have been tracking my food to see how my diet breaks down. Not being a meat eater, I do not ingest a lot of cholesterol. But…I eat a tremendous amount of sugar! I am amazed at places great amount of sugar come from! I have found I do not eat my allotted calories most days, but eat well over the recommended levels of sugar. Time to really reassess food choices.
