Was a lovely weekend away in Tulbach, did really well on my food intake, but all that wine tasting made me feel like a bit of a sour grape by the end of the weekend. But feel good today.
Now there is exactly 4 weeks left before our cruise. Gonna try hard this month to inject some serious exercise into my weekly routine.

If its that boat cruises , girl my advise try to lose as much weigh as you can. hahaha the food on that cruises o -my - word. Alot alot .
When i was on that boat cruise i weigh 60kgs (honeymoon) amm 4 days later I weigh 64-65kgs , you eat and eat and drink but enjoy and eat and drink :-)

I know what you mean Saige18, luckily this one is only three days, previously done it for 7 days, and that is not good for the waistline. I'll try my best to stick to the good foods, but the drinks, that will be a difficult one, as all 6 of us will be celebrating our birthdays LOL. So yes, i'll take your advise and try and loose as much possible now.... :-)
