Ahh, refreshed! Went to bed early last night and I feel sooo much better! And the cold thing didn't amount to anything. I did go for a nice run at lunch yesterday and then my son and I went over to my parents' last night to help out with some farm duties.

Today I will have to skip the run at lunch time as we are going out for lunch for 2 co-workers birthdays. And as always we are going for thai food. I will definitely have to watch my portion sizes today!
