I started physical therapy this morning. I got a new Halo for my birthday; it turns out it doesn't recognize steps I take on crutches. I walked for 30 minutes, but it says I took 99 steps.
I'm feeling a little more hopeful about my kidneys. I have to go in tomorrow for some more tests, but the nurse said, "Let's see if we can turn this around." I didn't think kidney disease was reversible, but maybe.
I ate pancakes all day and finally stayed within my sodium and protein limits. I guess that's what it takes.
